Cool down my dear friend. You are not alone. There are lot many people with 438 score. The next draw will have more clarity whether CIC wants to go below 450 or not.

Try going for PNP route. Many people with 438 score have done that. All the best.

Haven't you received any PNP notification of interest yet?
My score is 447 and have recently received OINP PT. Have started preparing my application and will be sending out the documents very soon.
Hoping that CIC score falls below 450 in the next draw to receive an ITA directly without going through the long waiting process of OINP nomination.
