I and my gf are planning to get engaged in Mar 19. We are thinking of getting married in court and apply for express entry.

We will be having traditional Hindu marriage in later part of the year.

Will immigration officer question my marital status?

Does anyone having similar case have got Canada PR?

If you have a long history together and will live together after it should be fine. You may be currently living together. It become a bigger issue if it is an arranged marriage or a long distance marriage where parties haven't spent much time in person. In some cases husband and wife will still have to live apart until religious ceremony. That ends up being interpreted as not married yet by IRCC.
