Will CIC Mississauga notifty when the apps arrive?

My husband and I sent out applcation from the Dominican Republic and it arrived to the PO box on November 1st, but still no email from CIC that it arrived? Or will they send a letter to DR?

Also, once the sponsor application starts being processed is there anyone to add new information to the sponsor part?

Hi there,

Do you have any confirmation that the package arrived from the post office? Since you sent it to the PO box most likely you didnt get a signature required by a courier if sent to the courier address.

Mississuaga doesn't inform you when they recieve the package. The first you will hear from them is when you get your approval to sponsor letter

You wont hear from CIC-M until they have approved your sponsorship. Sign up for Matthew's ecas tracker and it will tell you when ecas is activated.

Once your app is sent to Dom R. then the visa office will probably send you a letter acknowledging that they have your application and requesting any information that you may need to send them.

Once in DR you can send more info.

I'm not too sure if there is anyway to add info to the sponsors part. What I would do is wait until the file in transferred to the visa office and you have recieved your file number. Then you could send the info stating your file number and they could match them up. I recall you maybe mentioning about being accepted to a school?

I have the tracking number and it says it arrived to it's final destination that's stupid that they don't inform you though..

Yeah! With my app I sent the application fee for the school program and an online course I was taking with the same school, but now I FINALLY got my acceptance letter to the school and I think it would be better if hey have that.

hahaha we're actually having a storm here right now ... it's been raining hard allllll day and just started thunder & lightening just started
