Will CIC accept my telephonic marriage? Not Received ITA yet

I am currently in KSA and my fiance is in Pakistan we are getting married over telephone to prepare the documents for KSA visa.
Meanwhile if i receive ITA the Canadian authority will accept my marriage as it is legal and been done by consent of both families & parties and will be registered legally?

To prove your marriage you need marriage certificate .
Some how arrange marraige certificate . It is better for you .

Canadian immigration authorities don't care about how the marriage was conducted - over phone, around a fire, at a reception hall or underwater.

All you need to do is provide a legal marriage certificate and they won't question the wedding rituals.
