I come from almost third world country and I bought Turkish citizenship via citizenship by investment scheme, will it trigger enhanced security screening? (Previous citizenship was renounced)

I doubt anyone can say with confidence if you won't/will go through enhanced security screening.

There definitely are. The issue is with the data itself. We can't get statistically significant data to ever say anything with confidence. Bad data makes it similar to a coin flip
