Will a 5 months temporary work experience in a company affect the immigration process?

Dear all,

Hello and thanks in advance for your valuable advice, this is my fist post in here.

My question is will it affect one's application profile if that person has worked in 5 different companies in last 5 years and ONE OF THEM has a short 5 month period where the job status was temporary (Full time though) outside of Canada. All of these work experience are from the marketing departments and all of those employers are willing to provide a reference letter.

As per express entry point of interest.,
You need 1 year canadian experience in category A,B,C or 0.
It's not requirement to work in same company. it says on cic website that "you need one year experience or equal amount of hours worked in canada.
As per my profile.
I have.,
2 and half year forign experience in 3 different company for 1 year,9 month and 9 month respectively .
And one year canadian experience.
And i got points for these all.
Make sure for foreign experience you need incime tax return proof and job offer and resign letter and their pay stub with bank statement too.

Those are the requirements for applicants under the CEC program, OP hasn't even stated whether he has any canadian work experience.

If you're trying to fullfill the requirements under the FSW program then as long as you have a year of continuous work experience under your Primary NOC you can add all other work experience to claim CRS points. It is irrelevant that you worked 5 months at a company as long as you meet the requirement I have stated.

For CEC it is even more irrelevant as you can use different NOC's to meet the requirement of a year of canadian work experience and such work experience need not be continuous.
