Will 2 year old require Medical Clearance for a TRV application?

I have a study Visa which was issued July of this year.
I applied my husband and 2-year old daughter for a Open Work Permit and a TRV respectively.
My husband has already received his request for Medical Clearance however my daughter did not.
Does anyone know if a medical clearance is needed for a 2-year-old for a long term TRV (my degree is 2 years long)?

Or does this signify that my daughter has been rejected in her TRV?

If you have submitted separate applications for the OWP and the TRV then the processing is separate for Medical examinations (not medical clearance). This may explain why the medical examination request for your 2-yr old may be delayed a bit. A medical examination is generally required for visitors (i.e. your child) who intend to stay for more than 6months.

The medical exam request for your child may be delayed a bit and at this point it does not signify denial of the application. Unfortunately for TRV applications (visitors) in the PH (CEM) you will not have pre-notice of denial/refusal - normally you will only see the outcome of the application upon return of the passports.

I submitted their applications together. Hay, how many months will the delay be? My husband has already passed his medical examination but my daughter has not received hers. I am a bit worried that she will not be given her TRV.
