hi.

I have 2 bank accounts in my name.
I have one which I do not frequently use but has some funds in it....which I want to show as proof of funds.

The other is the one which I use frequently for my transactions.

I do not want to transfer funds from that into this.

Will this appear objectionable / suspicious to the cic.

Just a thought that cic might find it strange that I have not used the previous account for the past 1-2 years.

please help.........

I highly doubt whether CIC would be concerned with the number of bank accounts you have and for how long you have/have not used your account.

its better what reality you send them even its 3 account. its normal people have 2 account atlease. current and saving.

don't move money for the sake of it. Send them the account statements as is for any number of accounts.

You can and may have as many accounts as possible as long as they do not show any "Illegal" transactions...heavy transfers etc. and you can/may have as much money as possible in the accounts as long as, Again, not illegally accrued, period.
There is no Law against having Legitimately earned/Inherited money, as long as the TAX MAN is not after you.(LOL)
