Wife's SOWP Approved, Kids' Visitor Visa still in progress

I made an application for my wife and kids (Wife - SOWP, and Kids - Visitor Visa). My wife's application has been approved. My kids' application is still in progress. They passed their medical exam on Dec. 15, 2022. Do you know of any other way to contact IRCC for updates besides the web form? I have sent several web form enquiries and am still awaiting a reply.

Webform is the only way.

Would personally suggest applying for the study permit as well because the TRV could get denied for the 4 year old. We are seeing many 4+ years old being denied TRVs and being told to apply for study permits.

Thanks so much for your suggestion. I will take it under advisement. However, since a decision has yet to be made on the application, can I make one for a study permit and have both running simultaneously?

Yes you can have both processing at the same time.
