My wife and her family is threatening me to sign mutual divorce papers with incorrect dates on them else they blackmailing me they will fill false charges against me and my family

Stay away from her far away and nothing bad will come to you. Best to move to different city.

Record the phonecall and try to get them threaten you. Call canada immigration and ask them what you can do.

Not enough facts (at least not for me) RR. Is this in Canada "they" are proposing to "sign mutual divorce papers" (whatever that means)? And where are they saying they will file "false charges"? What charges and where?

Many other questions also. Where were you married and when? Have you separated and when? Etc.

Safe to assume OP is referring to the wife's family filing a dowry case with the court system in India.

OP is worried about a dowry case in India. IRCC can't help with that.

Hi All, Yes the threatening is happening in India as we got married there. I started recording the her abuse and blackmailing. But she called up the police here and made up a story I abuse her by doing recordings. Going through a tough situation. I feel just because Am a man, always I looked up as a problem creater and my wife plays victim card

if you are not hacking a conversation between two people how can that be abuse ??!! you have the full right to record your own conversations without advising the other party ,and in return why dont you file for divorce and send her documents to sign !! ...even without her consent you can file for divorce ...stories are off

What's the situation exactly?

I assume you are the Canadian. Have you already sponsored her for PR or not? If you have, what stage is your application?

IRCC can't help you at all with any situation in India.
