Wife visitor visa

I am on work. Permit in Toronto since July 2019 under a noc A category job and now raising trv visitor b

Actually my employer is applying visas for them and saying they will apply for visitor visas and they will get visitor record with expiry date same as expiry date of my visa. Is it correct? Does someone have any idea?

There is a high chance of refusal if your spouse applied for a TRV not SOWP becuase she doesn't want to be a temporary visitor she wants to live in Canada.
