Hi all, My cousin came to Canada 2 years ago with his wife and kids. His kids and wife went back and never came back. He asks them to come but they do not want to. My cousin doesn’t wanna go back sue to which they have differnces and his wife is now threatening him that she would cancel his visa as she is primary applicant. My cousin is a bit worried as he is settled with good job. She said that she will put allegations on him that he forced him to sign the immigration form etc and did cruelty on him back home. She is insisting to send her his PR card copy so that she would take it to Canadian Embassy and cancels it as she is also surrendering her and kids PR.

Is there any way that his wife can get his PR canceled or force him to surrender even if she has his PR card copy.

Please advise asap as my cousins anxious

Thanks

No! She has NO power to cancel his PR status once he has become a permanent resident. Only he can renounce his status. She can't do it for him.
