wife pregnant in canada. Got invitation for PR

HI,
Me and my wife in in Canada now. our status is WORK PERMIT. my wife done a medical test in last November which is valid till next November. now we got invitation for PR.i am the primary applicant
my doubt is that should my wife need to take a new medical since her medical is still valid . if i need to take a new medical will they accept the old x ray report(still valid) instead of doing a new x ray. or do i need to wait till delivery. we both are still in Canada. I have NO idea. please somebody help me.

You can submit valid existing medical receipt of your wife's which should serve good for her. You can proceed with upfront medical exam and get it going.
