helo friends, my wife doesn't have passport can i apply without her passport showing her as non accompanying. early reply will be appreciated

She still has to provide a copy of her passport even if she is non-accompanying. You can certainly try applying - however there's an excellent chance your application will be returned as incomplete. It would be much better for her to obtain a passport before you apply. Can she do that quickly?

mohit - apply for her Tatkal passport at PSK (Passport Seva Kendra). You'll get it in 5 working days.

yes you can apply go ahead and also apply wife's passport and marriage certificate ASAP. as only few days left of closer.

You can apply if you want but the bright chances it will be sent back to you as incomplete as passport copy is the MAIN requirement for all immigrant applications.
Other option is if you can obtain "tatkal" passport asap then apply.
