My wife application is under process and has done her biometrics and now medical request has been created. She had a cyst in her kidney and we did operation to removed it. After biopsy it came out as kidney cancer however biopsy report says all sign of cancer is removed. My worries is will it impact her application. Please suggest

If it is a spousal sponsorship application, no.

You are required to declare the cancer but as previously noted it won’t affect approval. Given that I assume she will need follow-up care in Canada it would be clear if she didn’t declare the cancer.

Thanks a lot for all your help. Yes it is spousal sponsorship application. Yes I will surely declare the cancer. and she will go to check up with her biopsy report.
