I guess it's easy for us to say that you should reconcile, since nobody here knows you or your wife personally.
Ultimately, only you know what's the actual situation like, so only you can decide what's best for you.

As for your question, valsanail gave some substantial advice.
I personally think that both of you have the time to cool off. You don't need to decide anything now, as you haven't gotten the PPR yet, and when you do get it, your wife will probably have to tell you about it. Then you can decide what to do.

And another sad but true thing: I've heard of a lot of couples who broke up after moving to another country, because that kind of change will bring up a lot of problems and challenges. If you're arguing like this now, you need to sit down together and think really well about what you expect of each other when you move.
