Hello wonderful people.

My wife and I married in Canada in 2017, and we lived elsewhere until I returned to Canada in January to start a new job. She was away in her home country and arrived yesterday on TRV. My questions:

1. Is there a wait time before we apply for in-land family sponsorship?
2. What's your recommendation for applying for OWP? Shall we opt for OWP with the PR application or wait for the acknowledgment of receipt letter?
3. We married in Canada in 2017, and we have been together since. My wife didn't register the marriage in her home country. Does she need to do so?

One more question. When she entered Canada, the immigration office didn't stamp her passport. Do we need proof of entry to begin the application process?

I think they do not stamp passports now. Except if you ask for it but there is a process.

No. They have electronic records.
