Wife and kids sponsor

I have my pr but I'm leaving outside ca, now I want to sponsor my wife and kids and go back to ca
I was not able to leave them out alone

As a PR you will need to be in Canada and remain in Canada during the sponsorship process. You may be able to receive a TRV for you wife and child while the application is being processed, but you should be prepared to be separated from them until the application is approved and the immigration visa is issued.

You also need to have met permanent residency obligations before you can apply. (PR card not yet expired doesn't mean you have met your PR obligations)
