hi Ahmad06

The only way for you to get points in adaptability is for you to have your wife be a secondary applicant to Canada. If she won't be the secondary applicant, then you don't have to submit her PCC

thanks......I hv to give the details of her and children in the revant forms but where they ask would they accompany you to Canada ,i would say "NO" because i want to myself to establish and then they will re-unite afterwards through independant procedurs...would i get points of her education in this situation...

You have to provide her PCC. In order to be her sponsor later after settling down in Canada, she has to go through everything with you. The only way you will not need her medical is when you submit the "Clarification of Regulation 117(9)(d) - Exclusion from Membership in the Family Class". She will not be able to go to Canada under your umbrella. So if you guys are together and for some reason she decided not to go with you this time, she still have to help you get her PCC and do her medical. Later she will not need to do the whole thing again.

In that situation, everybody have to go until medical, the only way you guys can be together after your establishment.

U must include your wife whether she is accompanying or not to get points as well as to avoid future hassle's.

hi Ahmad06

In that case, your wife is a secondary applicant together with your children. Yes, you can get points from her education and you have to submit her PCC.

thanks u all guys for valuable comments and suggestions ,actually presently I dont hv enough liquid money in my account to my family size thats why i was planning like this...anyways seniors have not given their words in this regard...any further comments are welcome

if your family dont want to go with you now, later on from Canada you will have to sponsor them. which means you have to go through all paper work, showing funds in Canada, accommodation, job etc etc etc.
keep her on your application, claim points, once you get visa, you go first, then get them there for a week or 2, and send them back (if they dont want to stay) later its there choice to return to canada or loose their PR.
