Why would cic transfer my file to the local office?

I just got email from cic saying that they transferred my file to Vancouver office.

First stage approved in Jan 2, it's inland.

And our case is very straight forward, nothing complicated at all.

I applied it through one good Agency, therefore evidences and documents were enough.

And my agency said, they will issue my PR status in Vancouver office,
that's why they transferred it to the local office.

But I was searching some info here,
and it doesn't sound good.

Has anyone had same situation like me?

Well if Vegreville didn't transfer files to the local CIC, how would attend the "landing" interview after the local office finishes the processing of the file.
