yes keep and hold your faith.i don't see any option rather than paying to God!! i even don't know any thing about my applictiontion since Dec.2010 except my 2AOR.

HI
i m also prejune applicant under the category NOC 4131. My in process date is 19th Jan 2012. Total time that i spend dreaming Going Canada is already 27 months. The most valuable time of the life is spent only dreaming. Really unhappy and frustrated being delayed. As far as possible, it's better to have Yes or No decision as soon as possible.

Yes dear u r absolutely right it's very frustating process. I am also prejune applicant and waiting since 29/03/2010. don't know when our turn will come.

You probably meant to say 'praying' to God ;D

I have a theory in this regard , as I see some post June 2010 applicants have landed early in 2011, while others didn't get medicals yet.

I think the ministerial instruction back in 2008 that allowed visa officers to process cases in order they select [by certain priority given to some
applications over others] applies also to all applications filed after June 2010.
This would explain why 18 months after submitting FSW application it is not finalized yet, while I see some applicants who filed in late 2011 and already landed in Canada.

If this theory is correct then there is nothing we can do about it. Obviously CIC still has way more apps to process than they can process per year,
so they still select some apps over others in line and there is MI in this regard, which means the selection is lawful and within bounds of CIC
authority, whether we like it or not.

Wish all of you good luck with your applications and wish you reach your dreams in life. :)

Thanks for sharing your idea, feeling and the anxiety of FSW applicant whose ECAS shows in-process with date. Really this unknown end process makes us a pendulum and we are forced to waste our valuable time just awaiting the response from Visa office. This situation made me an coward person because if i think to invest in long term project; visa may come and will be hard to recover the investment if i remain idle with just job and wait visa if the result turn adversely; DREAM WITH VALUABLE TIME IS WASTING. Any way we don't have any option rather then checking post box day by day. Thanks.

other option to go to canada is by getting a job offer. that can change things dramatically.

Just last word - life would start when you land in Canada and would look for job etc.

I dont see why applicants dejected should not withdraw their applications now.

hello

Again Tuesday is coming tomorrow, lets hope some new things turn on. Some of the applicants with in process date had crossed 120days i.e BFD So, lets expect positive result in the process.

Best of luck for all
