Why my points no update for 3 years Canadian experience?

Hi,

I have one question regarding to my express entry points update. I have three years Canadian work experience but my points still stay at 53 as two years working experience rating. Shouldn't this updated to 64 points automatically after reaching three years?

Submitted job category-Purchasing agent 1225

Work history:
May 2013 to Dec 2013 Purchasing clerk
Jan 2014 to June 2014 Production coordinator
July 2014 to June 2016 Purchasing Agent

My overall language level is 7. Proof of fund is $30,000.

Not sure if the work history need to be relating to the submitted category-Purchasing agent or it doesn't need to relate exactly to the submitted category, just all work history add up together (3 years)? My score should be updated to 64 points?

I am also concerned about the issue as I plan to submit my EE application soon but it is not until April 1st 2017 that I will have three year working experience.

Will the CRS rise automatically as does the fall due to age? Or should we update our profile manual to get higher CRS?
