My application was received at CIO on 9 July 2014 for category 0111. More than 40 days have passed and I have not yet received any feedback from them. Neither my credit card has been charged nor I have any email for refusal of my application.

Why Why they are taking such a long time? What should I do now? How can I track my application since they have not issued any reference number to my application. Can someone help me regarding this.

You can expect your CC charge from CIO by early November.

What you're experiencing is completely normal. Due to application volumes, CIC is still working on applications from mid / early May. As the previous poster explained to you, you still have a number of months to wait before you hear anything and know if your application has been accepted.

You were told the same thing a few weeks ago when you asked the same question:

http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/how-long-cio-takes-to-decide-and-how-they-inform-applicant-t232213.0.html;msg3357215#msg3357215

Not sure why you felt the need to post the same question again when you were already given an answer.

I'm a 30th May applicant. And still waiting.

PERS as of the moment are 12th May applicants.

So our long wait is still on. ;D

It took me three years to get PR.. so hang in there. Others waited 6 and more years.
