Why is the " In Process " tag not changing? New Delhi VO

Any reliable source u have to mention and please elaborate very soon. New year is also coming very soon, in that year for sure VISAs should come if not by DEC.

I was just making a logical guess.

With each passing day, the chances of getting the visa increase. Remember, the darkest hour is just before the dawn. So have faith in God. and irrespective of my name, i am your friend........ this time for SURE .

Hey All,
I am also in the same boat. I have submitted Medical & PPT in July. Still 'In-Process' Status. Sent CSQ twice, but no response nor update in E-Cas.

Learnt that due to quota of this year. Possibly in/before 15 Dec'12 or Jan'13.

I am in the same boat too. I got my MR check in Feb, like many other Beijing applicants, I have been waiting for 9 months. Days ago, I mailed to VO and I got the reply: We will finalize your case at very beginning of January 2013. So I suppose it's the matter of quota.

Even I am sailing in the same boat

We have sent our passports to NDVO on 24th of August. In first week of October VO requested for latest photographs for myself and my family.. Sent it in a week and since then, waiting, waiting and waiting.....

Hope we all get the that maple leave stamp very soon on our PPs

Congrats Buddy!!

You should soon be getting you Visas stamped.. Sometimes the address get updated within 3-4 days of the DM.

One clear trend from all the decision made cases is that all of them had job offers already...... hence they got served on priority basis.

I still havent seen a case from NDVO where the FSW applicant who appeared for medicals in June 12 and didnt have the job offer but still got the decision made....... atleast it has not been reported on this forum.

But still its a ray of hope and clearly our days of wait are numbered now

Hi Friends!

One quick question on this? Do your E-cas never change on requesting or submiting of Passport, RPRF, etc. on clicking "In-Process"? Like I have read in this forum, that they have updated line 1, 2, 3...... Do this happen with you? Because in my case it has never added any lines. Just a message "Your file is In-process from so & so month/year". That's all.

Is this the same with you all?
