Why is my Express Entry profile always not eligible?

I have a BA degree, 4 years of experience, and an IELTS score of overall 7.0, 33-years-old, and no job offers in Canada.

Do you have at least 67 points under the FSW points system? How much did you show for proof of funds? Do you have any individual IELTS scores below 6? Is your work experience in a NOC A, B or 0 occupation?

I calculated my express entry point using an online service and I have around 354. Proof of funds were more than 12,000CAD. Ielts was L:7.5 R:7 W:6.5 S:7. 3 Years of work experience in 1 NOC. Shouldn't I be able to enter the pool?

If you don't have an ECA for the BA degree and the degree is not Canadian, you are ineligible to enter the pool. You should get an ECA done first.

but at the time i was submitting my profile, i don't remember them asking me about ECA. non the less, I have made my ECA just now.
