Calgary should be doing the same thing, at least for now. Calgary is a big city for immigrants too and the CIC service in this city is so poor.

calgary hols oath once a week for the next 5 weeks, vancouver does it twice a week. Mississauga and Scarborough do oath everyday, and even on saturday too!
