Why is CHC-ISB too slow then CHC-New Dheli

AOA/hi to all,
I just wondering why is taking too long time on Spousal's sponsorship's application.In Dheli(India) taking only 5 months to proccess and make a decison.i dont understand why is like this.India has more people living in than Pakistan.its really wasting time and fursatating aswell.my brother's sponsor took almost 6 years to made descion.why is happening in our Country?Its really not fair at all.whose are professional and waiting for long time..when you come her its not easy at all for begins yours new life in Canada.

I know this is not fair but what else we can do i think they do more background checks on pakistanis thanks to people like Faisal Shahzad

its because of the major backlog that occured last year, probably due to lazy staff.

well for Ur kind information every one know what's conditions in Pakistan, and Pakistan born ppls recently came on media with bad face.
and Pakistan came in that few country's in USA list that they have need cross extra security checks even in side in flight.

and new Delhi have a clean record.

its not the whole country; its just handful of people that ruin the image. im a indian by birth and i dont think that all pakistanis are bad people. remember once we all use to live together.
so everybody chill and grow up ;D
get over with being indian and pakistani, learn to be human first.

We are all in the same boat together struggling to be with our better half. Doesnt matter whos from where. If someone is fortunate enough to get their loved one here fast, I am happy for them, I am just waiting for my turn LOL. I got an appealed case and its slowwwwwww

Well all the embassies have their own procedures to follow, I agree ND is faster to process applications, but there are many other embassies which take longer as well, like mine in tokyo avg is 6-8 months
