Why IRCC cancelled OATH invite because of background check?

Do we all have worried about our oath invite until we have the certificate in our hand?people been having they invite cancelled some less than 24 hours.

Could be a small batch of applicants incorrectly got oath invites due to some system glitch. We'll have to wait and see if more oaths get cancelled in the future.

Did they actually call IRCC call centre and check. It could be a scam call also.

Someone reported going for the oath despite getting the call, and was turned away.

oh I see but if it was me I would definitely call them and check..These days loads of scams going on..God bless every one

I agree. At least, we could check the number on Google or some websites like http://whycall.me just to see if some people have reported them as scammers. There are a lot of scam call complaints in these past few months.
