Why i received AOR by paper mail????

Hello everybody, finally I received the AOR from CIO-Sydney by paper letter on June 12. :P :P but why they sent me by mail? :-\ I am 100% sure I provided my email address on form. When I called CIC early this month. I even confirmed with the email address in their system letter by letter.

Found out the truth this morning. CIO-Sydney officer misspelled my email address cga.com into cgc.com No wonder I never received an email from them. This morning, June 27, CIO replied my email and resent the AOR email to me again and also updated my email information. The original AOR email date was May 31, 4:25pm while the regular mail date was June 3. So I got my AOR on May 31~ Hooooray~ :P :P :P :P :P
 
Like what other said, you should be happy as you received a legitimate proof in paper, means this comes from a genuine sender. In email, a lot of things can be done, phishing, scam, identity theft, etc.. specially if the email came from someone you don't know or worst pretend to be someone you knew, but if the provider of email service is legit, you can first check their business website and that they also offer the direct mailing service such as this one digitekprinting.com/direct-mail . They send your this document by mail, also to prove that they have the right person they are dealing with.
