Why High commission at New Delhi delaying Visa stamping process ?

I have submitted my Passport on 1st sept.2014 at New Delhi VFS for Visa stamping after getting PPR from Canada ottawa.
But no reply from them till now.
How long they take ? Anybody has tried to asked High Commission for delaying the process or Visa stamping?
Please reply me.

I also submitted on 12th august in islamabad, Pak but still no response. Why all offices are taking too long time to stamp visa? My application processed in london vo and i have sent an email to lvo but no reply.. :'(

Did you email VO to find out why it is taking thins long for stamping. Are they giving any specific response to emails?

I have sent email to islamabad vo and london vo also but no any reply from anyone.

Generaly they take one month to reply emails.

som people are getting back pp in 10 days and som less than 10 days.. there is no fixed tym ... anyways let us knw when u get ur pp back ..
