Why does the IRCC ignore the online applications?

@Mexontario When did you apply online? and did you withdraw online application or no and are just waiting for whichever gets picked up first?

You might wanna read this if you go that route. @Mexontario is not wrong in their approach.

Applied online in April. later sent paper in May. Waiting to see wat happens with this experiment.

@Mexontario when you applied in April, did you get an email from IRCC confirming the submission of application. Something like:

This email confirms that you have successfully submitted your citizenship application.

We’ll review your application to make sure you
• provided all of the information we asked for
• uploaded all required documents correctly
• paid the fees


We’ll send you a confirmation email (an acknowledgement of receipt or AOR) once an agent starts reviewing your application.
