Why does Come to Canada tool ask if I'm currently working in Canada?

I'm trying to find out if I'm eligible. I have over 70/100 points in FSWP, yet when I cannot be eligible on the come to canada tool due to not currently working in Canada. I'm trying to go TO Canada, how can the immigration tool be asking if I'm already working in Canada? That's what I'm trying to do, get a job in Canada.

That's definitely not the reason you're ineligible.

You are not required to be working in Canada to be eligible under the FSW program.

I assumed so, I went through the questionnaire again and answered "yes" to are you currently working in Canada, and it said I was approved. I must be doing something wrong I'll do more research.
