Why Do I need to do Medical Exam (IMM1017E) even my medical is passed on Feb?

Hi,
I have completed my upfront medical exam around mid-Feb, and got notified of my medical pass on the portal. Now, it's September, and all of a sudden, I received this mail in portal telling me to get Medical Exam again.

What should I do? I am FSW with Ontario's PNP.

I ended up doing the Medical just to please IRCC. Nothing much has changed since then
