Why Diploma Holders can't get good jobx

I finished my Diploma in Business studies in 2010 but still upto now i have not found a good job, everyone you send your application too asks for 5 years experience, am only 25 years old where would i have got that experience, so now i am looking for an employer who can really test my skills and prove that Diploma holders can do better than some degree holders. I will be glad if i get one.

I know why everyone ask for experience , I have had to deal with amateur employees in the past and is a pain in the back ,because they don't know anything , just the knowledge from books ,even if they are excellent students they lack the work experience. My recommendation is to continue searching jobs apply even to those that require experience , you won't loose anything. And while you are unemployed join small courses, that will improve your profile. ex. even some small diplomas that can be undertaken within 2 months would be beneficial for you.
