Why CSR dropped from 437 to 431?

My CSR points dropped from 437 to 431 right on my birthday day. Is it normal?

yes..this is normal..if you have not received ITA until now, then CRS score will be re-calculated automatically after your birthday.

please refer http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/express-entry/grid-crs.asp for CRS points breakup for each factors (including AGE)
