why cic doesn't ask me to accept nomination? anyone experiencing same problem?

Hi,
I just got nomination through SINP EE. And the cic page should ask me if i will accept the nomination or not, but it has not asked me that? its been five days, what should I do? anyone have the same problem? Please guide me. Thanks.
