Why CEC so slow and stop move forward ?

I don't see validity of CIC diverting more staff to work on EE applications slowing CEC down. There were no more CEC applicants since January 2015; EE replaced CEC. Technically CIC is still working on the same volume of applications and there are no good excuse of slowing down.

Besides, only a few hundreds EE applicants has become PR since January 2015, this ratio is less than 1% out of all applicants entering the pool. This ratio surely shows efficiency and it works well, doesn't it?

My worry is not so much on CIC slowing down, rather it is on whether CIC is planning to complete August/September/October 2014 applications, or not. It is not likely but not impossible. The worst case would be say, CIC don't process these applications ever, and 1 year from now when everyone's WP expires, CIC announces that the August/September/October 2014 CEC applications will not be processed. If CIC is going to be despicable, I would rather let them be despicable now rather than later, so that I would still have the PNP option.

agree with it , can't understand why stopped in Aug.8 to Aug.11 , but certain case later than are done too.

Also there is no immigration news on our applications (which means they are projecting we are under normal process)

But there is immigration news on express entry and other thing.

Even now it is not case to case rather its being stopped processing literally.

My anxious is that, atleast if they complete Eligiblity assessment, we would be happy to know the status

Yes, but one thing is true : CIC should know this , but they never help on it

the truth is , the more delay, more troubles will coming for the applicators .

e.g workpermit run out, emergence situation , career scheduling ... .etc

Now that the federal parties are planning on bring more refugees from EU, and they will probably send more staff working on it. Therefore, the leftover CEC applicantions will be further delayed... it is so frustrating since day one after submiting the application.

it is obvious , they try best to delay our cases , it maybe years, but who can wait years .

not sure about this, but i have read in previous posts earlier some people go to their local MPs for help..

can they be of any help to us ? at least help us find out how long will cic take to finalize our applications :-[
