Why am i not getting points for Canadian work experience?

I have attained the minimum required hours in a class B job yet im not getting any points. Can someone explain this please

Have you worked for at least a period of one year (assuming full-time employment)?

You probably have enough hours - but haven't worked for a full calendar year. Is that it by any chance? You have to meet both requirements. Having the hours isn't enough.
