Why am I not getting additional points for Canadian education in the EE profile?

I just copied and pasted below info from my EE profile. As you can see, I'm getting 0 (Please take a look at a line with bolded and underlined). I graduated at a college in Canada. And I also double checked that I update it in my profile properly.

According to EE calculator, I'm supposed to get 15 points for Canadian education. Therefore, there is 15 points difference between EE profile points(435) and EE calculator points(450) because of that 15 points.

Can you please kindly advise ?

Hello, can Someone help me? I submitted my express entry profile, I studied for a 2 years diploma + I have a bachelor's degree from WES that states 4 years, but I am not getting Canadian Education points, I am currently living in Canada on a work permit.

Hi! So you want me to say — ‘Yes’ for “Was more than half the study program English or French as a second language course?
I don’t think it should be like this… I think it should be ‘No’ only.
Also, I noticed something weird. I changed the dates and got the score — not sure what’s happening!!!
Earlier, I mentioned Sept 2020 to April 2022. Now, I changed it to Sep 2020 to Sept 2022 and it helped me gain score. Not sure what’s the glitch here!

I have exactly the same problem with my Express entry. I was wondering if the points were added to your account.

I am also in the same situation, my Canadian education points are not added to the express entry profile, Do the points get added immediately or it takes sometime to update the points after correction?

You should get points immediately. If you are not getting points then you have answered one or more questions incorrectly.

One additional question if anyone can help: My brother is going to apply for express entry under NOC code 73300 and has employer confirmation letter, one year of relevant experience and logs of service and pay rate as per Ontario wage requirement for truck drivers

Does IRCC asks or what is the probability that IRCC might ask for submission of DZ or AZ license if we provide all the other documents to prove our employment record

SO I am facing the same issue here , no points added for canadian education. I have tried changing the dates to make it 2 years ( my course was 16months , started jan-2023 ended-april-2024) but score is still showing 0 in crs. can anybody tell me what can i do here ?

my study was also a 16 mths program but if i put sep2021 to sep2023, will that not be a problem later to proove as i completed it by jan2023
Please help
