WHP - Consent to Disclosure of Information (NZ)

Hi all, first time posting on a forum, so hope I'm going about this in the correct way. (Apologies in advance if not.)
I've scoured countless forum/Threads, but couldn't find the answer to my question... Hoping someone could please help?

Currently living in Australia, but as an NZ citizen I need to fill out the 'Content To Disclosure Of Information NZ' form.
I'm completely stuck as to what to select in the first section...

I'm applying for the Working Holiday Visa, so I assume my category of application is TEMP RESIDENT? Could you also please advise what to select for the below:

Where your application will first be submitted:
1) Case Processing Centre: Mississauga
2) Case Processing Centre: Sydney, Nova Scotia
3) Case Processing Centre: Vegreville
4) Overseas Processing Office

&

Canadian Visa Office Abroad/Overseas Processing Office: ??

Yes, I've applied through the link you've supplied, however in the next stage I have to submit the below form, and it is here that I'm having trouble.

I think they are talking about Canadian Embassy working for NZ: High Commission of Canada in New Zealand (?)

Yes, that's correct, I'm just uncertain as to what to select on the form, regarding the Processing Centre (Mississauga/Vegreville/Nova Scotia/Overseas) and which Processing Office to fill in.

Hi toronto14, did you find out in the end what to put in the top part of the NZ consent to disclosure of information form? I am having the same problem and cannot find the answer anywhere online.
