Whose information shall i fill in the payment receipt

Dear Sir,

I am a candidate of MPNP and got letter of approval. I have just made the payment and printed the Payment receipt. But according to the instruction given at the bottom of the receipt and document checklist I am a bit confused, i have the following question for your guidance:

1. Document checklist says to fill out payer information. Since my uncle made the online payment on my behalf using internet, I am assuming that he is the payer, (or is he?). Also, am I the client or my uncle? The information required in the form like "client date of birth", Client ID, address, postal code, area code, telephone no. should be mine or my uncle's?

Please someone help ASAP

Hello.. it doesn't matter if your uncle paid your application, you are the applicant therefore the receipt should be under your name and client id. I did it in my daughter's application I paid online but since she's the applicant we filled the receipt with her name.

I don't know how to attach photos here. I would like to share the photo of the receipt for comparison if it's the same... You see, my receipt already has my Aunt's name when it was sent to me because the card used was under her name, so when we followed the payment procedure and it asked for the "cardholder's name" we put in her name and the receipt came out with her name on it. It was just the DOB, CLIENT ID and basic info that was left blank such as address, phone etc (which is not a problem since we live in the same place)... this is confusing...

I paid for my brother's fee suing my credit card. My brother just wrote "On behalf of (applicant's name)" on top of the payee's (my) name.
