Whoes applied study permit on Dec 29 2012 and Haven't recived it yet???

Hi I'm international student, I'm studying in NAIT Edmonton AB. I have applied study permit since Dec,29 2012 by online application! And right now March,13 2013 I haven't recived new study permit. And I also call CIC agent for asking my status but They told me that they couldn't find any status from my study permit so they told me to send mail to question.ga.ca somrthing right that and I already sent it week ago but they didn't reply any mail to me!

So I look at my cic in Cic website I already completed all docoument with they required them and the upload doc page status shows "provided''. And at that time that I completlly applied studay permit, I got the comfirmation message from cic as well.
So I would like to ask someone who applied before Dec,29 2012 and haven't recived any docoument from immigration and What I suppose to do next? because I totally lost my way right now :-[ and nobody can answer my question! Plz say or comment something for me Thank you guys so much and sorry for my stupid writing !!

Where did you apply from? From within Canada or outside of Canada. If you were not in Canada, the application would have been forwarded to the Visa Office in your current country of residence/citizenship...

I applied inside Canada, I live in Edmonton right now? What do I suppose to do plz!! anybody give some advice for me

You mean to say Study permit extension ? ?

If you applied Online online on 29th Dec,2012 , They you got a problem .As today they are checking 28th January application.

Better give them a call, You can continue your studies until a result come.

I already call them and they asked me my client number from my previous study permit and I told them, So they check and tell me that they couldn't fine any processing for my extension permit and they gave a mail to send my problem situation as technical problem and I sent it week ago and they didn't reply it to me anything. So what should I have to do? and I a'ready called cic agent twice and they told me same thing that I have to report this problem to cic by mail. I'm so worry right now and I have no idea what I am supposed to do OMG! I hate kind of this situation

I know how it feel.
But you're not left with any option other than calling the agent and asking them what to do ?
I think they lost your application. So ask the agent , How to complain about my lost application. And do that .
it is like a helpless situation.
Don't worry, everything gonna be fine.
Are you on implied status ?

Don't worry. I was like that back in June 2011- worse yet, I sent my application through mail and all I had was the confirmation page from Canada Post. The agent gave me a address to CIC Team Leader and I got my SP within a week.

To your case, I would suggest you to wait a day or so. If you have already sent an email to CIC, they have to reply to you in business days. Meanwhile, make sure you PDF all the evidence (i.e. the confirmation page).
