Who will issue me transcript & marksheet attestation if it is private college just approved by AICTE

As per new rule of WES, they dont accept transcript and result attestation envelope from any college. I have done PGDM from a private college which is approved by AICTE, there is no University. So from where and how will i get transcript and all?

Did you find a way . Even I am sailing in same boat. Kindly let me know if you have any solution as to how should I approach to obtain transcript. Regards
