Hi all
I want to know that who will fill this form pls see bellow and pls note i don't have kids now and my wife sponsor me.

To be completed by applicants who claim children to be dependants over 22 years of age:

Is that a "Schedule A/Background Declaration" - IMM 5669? If so, "you" the principal applicant fills it out. If not, which IMM #### form are you referring to?

NO this is form 3907 country wise check list like my country is Pakistan so i have different check list there is no name of this form all forma name are 3907.

I am assuming your wife is the sponsor and she is a Canadian citizen or Canadian PR. You are the Applicant and you are from Pakistan.

You as the applicant may have to fill out country specific form. If a particular situation does not apply to you, such as you do not have dependent children over 22, then you don't need that form but may still have to fill out other forms.

Of course, if you have lived in Korea legally for over 1 year and will be applying by showing current residence as Korea, then country specific form for Pakistan may not apply (unless you have to leave Korea soon and will not reenter Korea, in that case Pakistan will be your country specific scenario).

Hi good man
yes my wife is Citizen and you mean to say that the country specific requirement not apply on my case as i am living here in South Korea ?
but i thing this will be apply on me because i am not Korean National and yes i got it the dependent of 22 year so it will not apply on me.
