My timeline is similar to you. I've passed my medical on June 26th 2018. And now still waiting for passport request. Its has been over 6months since I passed medical. No idea for how long should I've to wait more.

i applied as a couple, i dont think it takes longer. I am Dec 2017 applicant and I already got DM, waiting for ppr now

I call cic agent she said medical passed they are doing background check and everything is normal.
What does it mean and when should I expect a feedback.

Hello, I got the same, I provided my biometrics on December 2018 but still any updates on my GcKey account, still "we have not received your fingerprints yet" . Did you get updates in you Gckey account?
