I don't know if it was this thread or other....but somebody told me that he was told by the cic agent that his file is complete and they are waiting for the final review.....its been almost a year he said.....but never recieved anything from cic.....I wonder do they really take years for completing final review....do reply if somebody is in the same situation....thanx

I am in the same situation. It is now 1.5 year since cic is under the process of making final decision. So there is nothing to worry about.

Yes he sponsored me for a family Visa.

I sent some scans in October and it took 7 days to receive answer that document has been received

If your application exceeds normal processing time or your enquiry have New document or information then they will respond in ten days. Other wise they are not bound to replying. It's up to their system may be they will reply in time or not. I've raised CSE 14 days ago there is no reply yet.

It takes more than 15 days for me so far, still no response since I submitted my webform
