Go to your MP's office and ask them to do the follow up with CIC. They usually get the response back from CIC in 48 hours.

@ arorkama, Thanks for repy. but, Sorry. What is meaning of MP?

Count me in....

please see my timelines on the left side!!!!

Can any one tell me how long it takes to get PPR? I got MR on August 2014 and MR done on 1st September. Within week status change to " Medical report received" From then no more letter. Surprisingly my nephew and my sister got stamp on PP who apply after me! >:( >:(

Hi Smak02,

PNP has different timelines than CEC, so there is no point comparing. Since you are in PNP, the question should get a proper answer in PNP forum.

Hope this helps!

Hi Friends,

I'm on the same boat as other. After medical no update from CIC.. I think all the cases who waiting for PPR/RPRF will be with the same officer and he/she must be too lazy to open the file or they could not want to process any one of us.... Totally lost hope on this system.
wrote email to CIC many times and also called couple of time + ordered GCMS notes couple of times. nothing is changes. File is as it is. No update at all.

I think they don't want our file to be processed. Totally totally lost hope.

Regards,
Vishesh

Hey, why would you lose hope? As long as your application is not refused there is no point to lose hope. Long processing time not nessesary mean that something wrong with the application, there can be different reasons for that. Background check may take longer for some people, for example. There are ppl on this forum who got PPR after17 months of waiting.

Same here. See my timelines on left.. Until Medical request every thing was smooth and then silent without having further updates and all notes says Criminality in progress. God only knows when my file get processed further and get PPR email.. Looks like they are testing our Patience.
