Hello guys,

I just asked St. Luke's global today about my medical result and they told me they're going to submit it tomorrow. I really hope it will not take too long for the passport request. ;D :D

Status changed to Decision Made . Waiting for CIC to reply on my request to change visa office to my country.....

I received a reply from CIC concerning our application status today.

"We are waiting for the results of the mandatory background enquiry.
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide you with a precise timeframe as often, delays in the processing of an application are out of our control as some processing steps require coordination with external authorities.
Our office will get in contact with you regarding the next steps in due time."

I once received the same reply at the same time of last month. Thus, I guess 1 or 2 months may be required to issue my PPR. Just keep quiet and waiting.

Application received: Jan 31, 2014
MR and "In process": Dec 18, 2014.

Everyone has to do this ?

I feel sicks about their procedure. Recently it's always someone sent later than us got their result. It seems no one is touching our file, just let it sleep their.

Feel really bad about it. :(

Is PPR usually sent in batch like many applicants getting ppr on same day?

If yes then just wait for next shower and we all will get it

Recently not many I think.

Only:
1. Recevied on March
2. Medical Received

My GCMS from Dec2014 showed eligibility recommend passed, criminality in progress, security not started and medical passed.
I ordered another GCMS and should come next month.

If it's application received and medical received then in process your next step I believe. It should be like this

We started processing your application on date

I do know someone's ESCA never changed to in processing and then he got PPR.
After PPR he got the states updated to in processing and decision made.

So personally I don't believe it that much.

I read from another forum that ECAS is not updated sometimes especially if the visa officers are lazy. I'm done with my medical already and the medical staffs already submit it to the embassy but still my E-cas shows that they received the application only and not the medical result...

Still patently waiting for PPR. Hope we all receive it after a month.. :)

Hello Friends,
Any idea how many does it take for medical results to reflect in ECAS once CIC is informed by the Doctor?

Generally, if the results are acceptable, it takes about 7 -20 days.

Some cases of exception to this has been seen on this forum.

If results are not acceptable, then longer ECAS update time is seen, till results are acceptable.

Hope this helps!
