Just wanted to tell you people that last week I had emailed CIC about my case....saying RPRF paid 3 months back......DM 2 months back.....perhaps, you need to remind CIC sometimes about your case.....I read this in some post and I tried it......it worked for me.......but, you never know...

Medical exams were received on Jan. 6, 2015, and upfront PRPFs were paid at the same time. Still waiting for PPR. Application was received on Jan. 31, 2014. ???

Does CIC have their regular timeline for our applications? It seems that they ignore our files easily.

I emailed on a wednesday..there was no reply from them..........the next monday I got PPR...

Generally, its 13 months..mine took 17months........due some additional documents request.

I have been waiting for PPR since Jul'14. I also made a CSI on the last 20 Dec'14 but haven't received any reply yet.

Same with me..paid RPRF in April..but there is a reason in my case...furtherance X-Ray for spouse.

hah, we are on the same boat. My wife had done X-ray and I had sent the birth certificate to CIC last Nov. However, I have not heard anything from them. My current visa will be expired in 3 month, which starts worrying me.

^ I paid RPRF either last week of October or first week of November, I already forgot. I did not pay upfront, I waited for the notification before I paid.

Hello all,

I am also in same boat . I have done my medical on Nov 26 ,2014.Got medical update on 12 dec. 2014 but ecas still application received. after that nothing heard back from them . I have seen last year , applicants who received PR, got landing fees request and confirmation with in one month .Now, don't know why they are taking so long ? Any ideas ?

I have emailed CIC regarding my status but I did not any reply from them, just the auto reply. It has been 3 months since I paid my RPRF and more than 2 months since the ecas is DM....just curious to know who else has their status as DM in ecas.

I hope you will get soon....
