You can email CIC an ask them specifically to confirm if medicals have been received
I did that and they confirmed they have all medical stuff they need on my file

Just remember - be specific what you are asking in your email. General update or message will not have a reply

How you got ur timelines. Did they Email you ...

Not sure how long exactly, but "In my opinion".. if your designated panel physicians use E-Medical,
then I assume the day the result is uploaded is the same day that CIC will receive the result, in that case you just need to check with your panel physicians if it's done/not.

Hi there,

in case you haven't send CIC an email. There's a super useful website made by one of our forum member i_am_toby, and I've been using his various template & other step by step guide to email CIC.

regarding how many days;From my experience it took around 3-5 business days for them to reply to my email.

Hi,
I am Dec 2012 applicant...got medical request in Dec 2013 and did my medical in Jan 2014. My wife was pregnant hence we did not complete her medicals. After delivery of the child, I shared the birth certificate and passport of the baby to CIC in May 2014. CIC sent medical request for the child in June and we completed medical for my wife and child on June 26th, 2014. After that CIC asked to email additional documents (revised application form to include our newborn child, photo of child, etc) on July 16th. I had emailed the additional documents and soft copy of photo to CIC on July 22nd. In my email I asked CIC to share the postal address to send hard copy of photo (if its required). I did not get any reply from CIC so far since July 22nd. I am currently in India and worried due to this delay and about the validity of the VISA as I had done my medicals on Jan 6th 2014.

Anyone, in same situation (added newborn child to PR application) and residing out of Canada?

My status change to in process after i did my medicals and paid the RPRF ..... Still showing in Progress , I did my medical on April 18, 2014. Nothing after....
